At Spinal Performance, you’ll become the senior voice guiding patients through their healthcare decisions while helping us refine our sales process and expand from a $1M practice toward $3M and multiple Orange County locations.
Your Future HereThis is a senior individual-contributor position with the opportunity to help build our patient sales and success function. As we grow, consistent performance may lead to training others, greater decision‑making authority, and future leadership across multiple locations.
What You’ll Own You’ll guide prospective patients through the complete sales and patient relationship journey:- Respond to and qualify new patient leads quickly.
- Nurture leads and consistently follow up until a decision is reached.
- Conduct one‑on‑one consultations that uncover the patient’s concerns, goals, and motivations.
- Build trust and educate patients about their recommended care.
- Present treatment plans and financial options confidently.
- Help patients make decisions involving treatment investments commonly ranging from several thousand dollars to over $10,000.
- Handle price, timing, spouse, fear, and uncertainty objections with empathy and confidence.
- Ask directly for commitment without becoming aggressive or transactional.
- Maintain accurate notes, follow‑up tasks, and pipeline records.
- Support patient retention, reactivation, referrals, and long‑term wellness care.
- Help improve scripts, presentations, follow‑up systems, and the overall sales process.
- Deliver a red‑carpet experience that makes patients feel genuinely cared for.

You must be comfortable reviewing your numbers, receiving direct feedback, role‑playing regularly, and continuously refining your skills.
Who We’re Looking For You may be a strong fit if you:- Have at least three years of proven consultative sales experience.
- Can provide specific examples of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Have personally sold high‑value products, services, or treatment plans.
- Build trust naturally and communicate confidently.
- Are comfortable discussing money and asking for commitment.
- Follow through without requiring constant reminders.
- Solve routine problems independently.
- Want constructive feedback and actively apply it.
- Enjoy role‑playing, practicing, and improving your sales process.

Healthcare, dental, elective medical, wellness, or treatment‑coordination experience is a plus, but proven sales performance matters more.
This Role Is Not for Everyone Do not apply if you:- Want a receptionist or traditional patient‑coordinator position.

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (opportunity to 6:00 PM)
- Scheduled remote weekend lead follow‑up is required.
- Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour - Full Time

We help patients with neck pain, back pain, headaches, sciatica, and poor posture avoid drugs, injections, and surgery through advanced, non‑surgical spinal‑remodeling care. We currently serve hundreds of patients each month and are growing toward a $3M, multi‑location Orange County practice.
