Job Schedule:

• Thur: 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri: 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat: 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and security-related protocols throughout the retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or local responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for policy compliance, suspicious behavior, and/or unattended items, and document observations according to post procedures.
• Support emergency response activities, assist with crowd management during busy periods, and provide directions and general assistance to the public as needed.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
