The Electrical Foreman is responsible for overseeing electrical crews on job sites while actively participating in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on electrical tasks to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Pay: $40.00-$45.00/Hr

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Leadership:
Lead and coordinate daily activities of electricians and apprentices.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
Hands-On Electrical Work:
Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Project Management Support:
Communicate with project managers regarding timelines, materials, and manpower needs.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper use of PPE.Training & Mentorship:
Provide guidance and training to apprentices and junior electricians.
Qualifications:
California General Electrician Licensce Minimum 5 years of electrical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and local regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor).Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
Preferred
Skills:
Experience with commercial and industrial electrical systems.
Familiarity with project scheduling and basic computer skills.
Qualifications:
