The part-time Senior Case Manager will assist students towards self-sufficiency through accountability, mentoring, instruction, and coordination of services.
This role is scheduled Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
EssentialJob Duties
(what are the main job duties performed that measure success for this position and organization goals):
To an extent, key performance indicators will be whether students are progressing to the next phase. What achievements have been made in the students ITP. Accuracy and timeliness of case notes and reporting.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience in a related field such as in a social work/counseling environment or within a ministry setting. Knowledge and experience working with men, women and children in crisis. Strong working knowledge of the Bible. Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and administrative skills. Christian Association of Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADAC) or Registered Addictions Specialist (RAS) certification desired.
