• Job with purpose: help children and families find hope and healing
• Compensation: $18.00 per hour
• Benefits: paid time off (PTO) and participation in our 401k plan
• Mileage reimbursement included for business miles driven
• Part‑time: 10–15 hours per week, potentially up to 25 hours over time; hours scheduled 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Supervise visits between foster children and their birth families
• Provide transportation for foster children to appointments
• Ensure the visitation area is prepared for visits
• Document each visit and report any noteworthy concerns
• Communicate with social workers about the progress of visits, any concerns, or changes in the child or family's situation
• Perform a variety of office‑based administrative duties
• Provide additional in‑home behavioral support to youth and families in Koinonia's intensive services foster care (ISFC) program

• At least 18 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Good driving record with a reliable personal vehicle
• Good references and ability to pass a criminal record background check
• Experience working with children and families preferred
• Excellent observational skills and ability to remain focused during visits
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective personal boundaries with children and families
• High degree of integrity and confidentiality
• Vehicle that safely accommodates a child car seat

• California Driver License Class C
• Auto insurance
• TB clearance (pre‑employment)
• Background check clearance (California Department of Justice, FBI)
