In‑Store Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Deliver product by car to customer doors, including pizzas, sides, and beverages.
• Deliver flyers, door hangers, or other marketing materials.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Communication skills:
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.

Essential functions/skills:
Accurate basic arithmetic, correct monetary change, verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing, motor coordination for rapid and precise movements, and computer keyboard or touch‑screen operation.

• Standing:
  Most tasks performed from a standing position on ceramic tile or linoleum; work surfaces 36‑48" high.
• Walking:
  Short distances for brief durations.
• Sitting:
  Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting:
  Bulk deliveries up to 60lb; cases may be stacked up to 72" high.
• Carrying:
  Items ranging from 3lb cans to 30lb pizza sauce; trays up to 12lb each.
• Pushing:
  Trays on dollies (~7.5lb), with occasional pulling.
• Climbing:
  Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders.
• Stoop/Bend:
  Waist bending at assembly stations (~30‑45s continuously).
• Crouch/Squat:
  Occasional low‑area stocking and cleaning.
• Reaching:
  Up to 72" and down; forward and outwards during assembly and customer service.
• Hand tasks:
  Continuous eye‑hand coordination; use of forearms and wrists during dough shaping, pizza cutting, peel and peel manipulation, and box assembly.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather during outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some areas.
• Potential for sudden temperature changes.
• Fumes from food odors; commercial dust; cramped quarters; hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F+; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Sensing:
  Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid‑range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
• Temperament:
  Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, handle stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions.

• Valid driver license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Navigation skills for reading maps, locating addresses, and traversing adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and private homes.
