Responsibilities- Actively and enthusiastically assist the After School Club Manager in the safe and organised running of the club.
- Help set up, organise and deliver a range of activities daily and pro‑actively encourage children to participate.
- Assist in the preparation, serving and tidying away of snack time.
- Have awareness of, and maintain sensitivity for, any children with additional needs (physical, behaviour, dietary).
- Develop strong relationships with all children at the club to ensure every child has as much fun as possible.
- Actively develop a thorough understanding of relevant Ofsted standards & KOOSA Kids internal policies & procedures, including safeguarding.
- Ensure all activity areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each day.
- Passion or interest in working within a childcare, early years or playwork setting.
- Fun and energetic nature.
- Reliable and able to effectively communicate with colleagues and children alike.
- Able to relate and engage with children aged between 4 – 11 years.

- Full training and inductions will be provided to all Assistants.
Monday – Friday, 2.50pm – 6.00pm, term‑time only.
