Position: Vehicle Technician – Car Mechanic  – £35,000 - £45,000 (No Weekends)

We are looking for a time-served Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Service Technician to join our clean, modern garage in Twickenham. Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with shorter working hours (8:00am – 4:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our Twickenham technical team (Vehicle Technician / Mechanic), you will:

  • Mechanical Repairs: Handle engine work, servicing, and general maintenance.
  • Fault Finding: Lead on diagnostics, tuning, and remapping using specialist tools.
  • MOT Support: Manage MOT failure diagnosis and all necessary rectifications.
  • Digital Workflow: Use tablet-based systems to update jobs and upload photos.
  • Communication: Maintain our high trust rating by explaining technical faults to our customers.
What You Need
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance required (Level 3 preferred).
  • Experience: Time-served as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
  • Tools: Must have your own set of professional tools.
  • Certification: An MOT Tester license is strongly preferred (

  • Tech Savvy: Confident using diagnostic software and digital job cards.
  • Compliance: A full UK driving license is essential.
Location & Commutability

Our workshop is based in Twickenham and is ideally located for those commuting from Richmond, Hounslow, Kingston, Teddington, Whitton, and Feltham.
