Roofer Required
Our client is seeking experienced Roofer for a temporary contract on a project in London. This vacancy is being advertised by a recruitment agency acting on behalf of the employer.

💷 Rate: £250 per day
We are looking for an experienced roofer to carry out remedial works to a natural slate roof on a residential property in SW14.
Scope of Works:
* Replace cracked, damaged and defective natural slates.
* Remove and replace slates previously repaired with mastic/bitumen compounds.
* Inspect and repair the ridge/apex as required, ensuring it is secure and weatherproof.
* Investigate existing slate fixings and report on their condition.
* Carry out all necessary repairs to leave the roof watertight.
Upon Completion:
* Clear all debris from the roof and gutters.
* Provide before and after photographs of the works.
* Provide a brief written summary of findings and any recommendations for further repairs if required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working with natural slate roofs.
* Own tools and relevant insurance preferred.
* Ability to complete works to a high standard.
