Rewards- Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (Depending on Experience).

YourRole
As a core Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in our Twickenham team, you will:
- Mechanical & Prestige Repair: Carry out routine servicing, mechanical maintenance, brake replacements, suspension upgrades, and steering adjustments on a wide variety of vehicles (including prestige models).
- Diagnostics: Use advanced electronic fault‑finding equipment to track down, investigate, and rectify complex electrical and mechanical faults.
- Servicing: Perform thorough bumper‑to‑bumper vehicle inspections, safety checks, and fluid changes across all makes and models.
- Used Car Prep: Help inspect and prepare a diverse selection of independent showroom vehicles for sale.
- Technical Quality: Maintain high‑quality, "right first time" repair standards to keep our stellar customer satisfaction reputation intact.
- Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent proven hands‑on workshop experience).
- Technical Skill: Solid experience working within a busy garage environment, with strong multi‑make mechanical knowledge and confident fault‑finding skills. (Experience or familiarity with Mercedes‑Benz or other German brands is a great bonus).
- Certification: An MOT tester licence is a major advantage but not essential.
- Attributes: A reliable, self‑motivated technician who values clear communication and loves working within a tight‑knit, collaborative team.
- Licensing: A full, valid UK driving licence.
Based at our modern facility in Whitton, Twickenham, our workshop is perfectly located for a straightforward daily commute for anyone travelling from Richmond, Hounslow, Kingston, Teddington, Feltham, Isleworth, and surrounding Middlesex or West London areas.
