Electrician (Temp to Perm) – £26.00 per Hour CIS
Location: Covering KT and TW post codes
Day‑to‑Day Duties for Electrician:- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Testing and inspection
- Working within occupied domestic properties
- Meeting and greeting tenants
- Carrying out reactive maintenance works
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Using a PDA to manage workloads and complete reports
- £26.00 per hour CIS
- Company van and fuel card provided
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
- Pension scheme (upon permanent employment)
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (upon permanent employment)

The ideal candidate will have experience working as an:
- Electrician
- Electrical Tester
- EICR Electrician
- Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Experience with in the following sectors is highly desirable:
- Social Housing
- Housing Associations
- Domestic Properties
- Council Properties
- MOD (Ministry of Defence) Properties
Qualifications:
- City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
Qualifications:
- City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection
