4way Recruitment has partnered with an established security systems provider to secure a permanent Security Engineer to join their growing engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Security Engineer looking for a varied service and maintenance role, working directly with customers and supporting the ongoing reliability of electronic security systems.

• £32,000 - £40,000 basic salary DOE

• 1 week in 7 on-call rota for emergency call outs

• Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance on Access control and CCTV systems.
• Troubleshoot faults and complete remedial works on Access control and CCTV systems.
• Maintain and repair electronic on Access control and CCTV systems.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in the emergency call-out rota, approximately 1 week in 7.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience working as a Security Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Access control and CCTV systems.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Good ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Full UK driving licence.
