The Role As a Groundworker working across South West London, you'll be carrying out a wide range of external repairs and maintenance works on occupied and void social housing properties.

Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out fencing installations and repairs, ensuring high-quality workmanship across social housing properties in South West London. Completing brickwork, repointing, slabbing and concrete repairs, including pathways, steps and external structures. Undertaking drainage repairs and renewals, including manhole repairs and High Pressure Water Jetting of drains. Delivering tarmac patching, flagging and general groundwork maintenance to communal areas and residential properties. Supporting additional external maintenance works and bringing knowledge of other trades where required.

Skills & Qualifications To be successful in this Groundworker role in South West London, you'll need:
Proven Social Housing experience within responsive repairs or planned maintenance. Groundworker experience covering fencing, brickwork, pointing, concrete works and slabbing. Experience in drainage repairs and renewals, including manhole repairs and external groundwork maintenance. Knowledge of tarmac patching, flagging and High Pressure Water Jetting is highly desirable. Full UK Driving Licence and the ability to work independently across South West London.
