Senior Manager, SAP Manufacturing Finance

Chobani is seeking a highly specialized Senior Finance Manager, SAP Manufacturing to lead manufacturing cost accounting and ERP cost systems across our manufacturing network.

This is not a traditional FP&A, Plant Controller, or Corporate Finance role.

We're looking for a finance leader with deep expertise in SAP manufacturing cost processes, standard costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing variance analysis, and ERP master data. You'll serve as the finance subject matter expert supporting SAP implementations, system enhancements, manufacturing costing, and cross-functional operational improvements.

This onsite role may be based at multiple Chobani manufacturing locations for exceptional candidates. Relocation assistance is available.

• Serve as the finance subject matter expert for SAP manufacturing cost processes and product costing.
• Lead standard costing, inventory valuation, cost rollups, and manufacturing cost governance.
• Own finance oversight of SAP master data, including Material Masters, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Cost Centers, and Activity Types.
• Support SAP implementations, upgrades, system enhancements, and ERP transformation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, and master data issues.
• Analyze manufacturing variances, including PPV, production, yield, usage, labor efficiency, absorption, and volume.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, IT, and FP&A to improve manufacturing performance and margins.
• Support monthly close, forecasting, capital projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive standardization, automation, and modernization of manufacturing cost processes across the network.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Deep hands-on SAP Product Costing (CO-PC) or equivalent manufacturing costing experience.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, ERP transformations, or S/4
  
  HANA projects.
• Expertise in standard costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing variance analysis, and manufacturing master data.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and cross-functional partnership with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and IT.

• Food, beverage, dairy, or CPG manufacturing experience.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA.
• Experience with Power BI or advanced manufacturing reporting tools.
