Product Operations Specialist

Full-Time Regular REMOTE, US

In this product operations role, the leader is responsible for facilitating interactions between the product, sales, and operations teams. This role serves as the main day‑to‑day point of contact between these teams to manage tactical requests, solicit input, and implement strategic recommendations

Essential Job Functions (*=Non‑essential tasks)
  • Management of tactical product support, including implementing product changes, soliciting feedback, developing supporting materials, and resolving product issues
  • Implementing changes in accordance with the strategic roadmaps developed by the product team.
  • Ensuring new and existing products are properly integrated into OSV’s operating systems by liaising with stakeholders to setup pricing, discounts, contracts, promotions, and other operational needs as they arise.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of professional experience or a combination of education and experience
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong problem solving and solution development capabilities
  • Ability to make sound and logical judgments.
  • Service oriented approach, flexible and proactive towards changing clients' needs
  • Determination to reach challenging goals and create business opportunities
  • Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement

  • Set goals and deadlines and plans to deliver effectively

  • Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

  • Incumbent will work primarily in a remote or blended office environment with some travel
  • Job function requires extensive work using a computer
  • Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs
