• 5+ years of experience driving impactful business projects and programs
• Strong analytical skills with experience in operational KPIs and third-party operations tools
• Advanced Excel skills; willingness to learn SQL
• Proven experience collaborating with diverse teams in complex organizations
• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) and Project Management Certifications

• Experience in online marketplace and startup environments
• Track record of success in a highly quantitative environment
• Ability to influence decision-makers across departments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
