The Gist…

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic insights and analytical expertise to optimize business processes, facilitate informed decision‑making, and drive agility within client organizations. You will draw upon your existing relationships to proactively build a healthy backlog of projects for the development teams. This position requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

• Lead and manage Agile Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure Agile principles and methodologies are applied effectively to drive project success.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting Agile best practices and values.
• Client Engagement:
  • Leverage existing client relationships to build a long‑term pipeline of automations.
  • Coordinate across the program staff and resources needed to demonstrate examples of automations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on business strategies, change management, and process improvements.
  • Create compelling and insightful presentations and reports to communicate findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Business Analysis and Requirements Definition:
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify business needs, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and industry best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Evaluate and interpret data to develop actionable insights and recommendations for process enhancements, cost reduction, revenue generation, and operational efficiency.
  • Define and document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and establish project objectives.
  • Mentor staff on the art of Agile and techniques to capture and decompose packages of work.
• Project Management and Delivery:
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery, on‑time and within budget, while meeting quality standards and client expectations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of service delivery.
• Data Management and Data Mesh:
  • Implement best practices in data management, ensuring data quality, governance, and accessibility.
  • Work with data engineers to create data mesh architectures that support data democratization and enable self‑service data access.
  • Utilize data mesh principles to build data platforms that scale and promote data collaboration across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree +5 years of experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
