Site Crew Construction Laborer

We are currently looking for a Site Construction Laborer to join our amazing team. • Site preparation, grading and access road construction
• Underground utility installation including power and fiber conduit
• Place and compact subgrade for building and equipment foundation
• Place forms and rebar for building and equipment foundations
• Drive, operate and maneuver heavy equipment (CDL is a plus)
• Read and interpret grade stakes, site markings, maps, blueprints, and/or drawings to move soil according to defined specifications
• Utilize the appropriate and/or assigned construction machinery to safely, efficiently, and productively excavate, move, and grade soils in accordance with the defined parameters
• Properly set up and utilize grade control devices to assist in reaching the defined grade tolerances
• Use and understand all safety requirements of excavations and trenches
• Perform pre and post equipment checks and report equipment issues to supervisors
• Work with Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, and team to ensure the job is done to specifications
• Operation of skid steers, backhoes, excavators, trenchers, and compaction equipment
