The Superintendent supports the planning and daily execution of construction work, reporting to the Senior/General Superintendent, Project Manager, or Operations leadership.

This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors and field operations to meet safety, quality, schedule, and contract requirements.

• Lead daily field execution, including manpower, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain jobsite safety compliance and execute field quality control.
• Develop, maintain, and update the field schedule; respond to delays with recovery plans and resequencing.
• Support cost control through budget awareness, self-perform oversight, and accurate cost coding.
• Interpret drawings and contract documents; support RFIs and field documentation as required.
• Participate in key meetings with owners, architects/engineers, and project stakeholders; provide progress updates.
• Coordinate changes, clarifications, and directives, ensuring updates are reflected in as-built documentation.
• Support project closeout planning and ensure field closeout items are completed.

• Primarily jobsite-based with required PPE and variable weather conditions.
