Description:
Construction company out of Jerome is seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer to join their team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, able to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions. This position would start immediately. 40+ hours a week. Monday - Friday.
Location: Jerome
Responsibilities:
• Assist with various construction tasks, such as digging trenches, pouring concrete, tearing out concrete and moving it, set up and clean-up site and erecting structures
• Operate hand and power tools, such as hammers, drills, and saws
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials up to 50 pounds
• Prior experience in construction or concrete pouring is preferred but not required
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols
• Must have reliable transportation to main location, then will travel in company vehicles to various work sites
• Valid Driver's License
