Qualifications- High School Diploma required with at least 4 years of customer service experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or some college preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service or order management experience.
- Experience working in cross-functional/global environments.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4
HANA preferred). - Working knowledge of order management, customer master data, billing/invoicing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis), CRM tools (Salesforce), reporting tools (Power BI a plus).
- Understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to manage difficult customer conversations.
- Influence without direct authority; stakeholder management across regions/functions.
- Support domestic and/or international sales operations through effective coordination and management of core Order-to-Invoice processes.
- Manage inventory allocation, invoicing, customer master data maintenance, contract compliance, and bookings management.
- Communicate proactively with customers, sales network, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless process execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage the full Order-to-Invoice lifecycle for customer orders, including order initiation and management using evolving company systems (SAP, Salesforce, M3, etc.).
- Independently manage assigned accounts (domestic and international seed dealers and direct customers) through direct interaction with the customer and the sales team.
- Coordinate with bookings, confirm orders, input order data into the ERP system, allocate appropriate batches to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide administrative support to Sales Managers & Account Managers; establish collaboration climate.
- Actively seek solutions when the organization cannot meet customer expectations; serve as focal point for order-related challenges.
- Communicate with external and internal stakeholders regarding processes, delays, inventory, shipping, etc.
- Evaluate and manage customer complaints using established procedures; register claims and complaints; provide input and proposals regarding customer issues.
- Occasional visits with customers, Crop Sales Managers, Account Representatives and other internal personnel to exceed expectations; attend relevant meetings as necessary.
