Pay: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional overtime

We are looking for a Customer Care Scheduling Specialist to join our office team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in an organized office setting, and likes keeping daily operations running smoothly. Previous HVAC experience is not necessary because we provide the training needed to become successful in the role.

As a Customer Care Scheduling Specialist, you will serve as an important connection between our customers and service team. You will coordinate appointments, assist with scheduling, maintain accurate records, and help ensure every customer receives prompt and professional service.

• Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner

• Schedule service, maintenance, repair, and installation appointments

• Contact customers to confirm appointments and communicate schedule changes

• Assist with organizing technician schedules throughout the workday

• Update customer accounts and maintain accurate information in company software

• Support recurring maintenance scheduling and customer follow-up

• Learn dispatch procedures and office processes through hands‑on training

• Assist with administrative duties that support daily operations

• Communicate with technicians and office personnel to keep schedules running efficiently

• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, office administration, retail, hospitality, or call center work is helpful

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office

• Basic computer knowledge with the ability to learn new software systems

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Reliable attendance and professional work habits

• Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment

Experience in heating and cooling or another home service industry is beneficial but is not required.
