Responsibilities

Sterilization & Clinical Support

  • Instrument processing and sterilization according to OSHA standards
  • Maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment
  • Breaking down and setting up operatories
  • Stocking and inventory support

Growth into Orthodontic Assisting

  • Learning orthodontic instruments and procedures
  • Assisting with patient flow and chairside support
  • Preparing materials and equipment for orthodontic procedures
  • Supporting the clinical team with efficiency and positivity
Qualifications

You will be required to possess the following:

  • Entry‑level dental assistant or someone eager to begin in orthodontics
  • Dental assisting education or certification preferred (not required)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
