St. Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center – Twin Falls,Surgical Affiliates Management Group, Inc. (SAMGI) is seeking a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to join our established surgical team at St. Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls, Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, hospital-based model while serving a growing community in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities- Full-time hospital‑based vascular surgery position
- Provide services in a Level III Trauma Center
- Manage acute and elective vascular cases, including arterial and venous procedures
- Participate in call rotation as part of a structured surgical coverage model
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and continuity of care
- 24/7 support from advanced practice providers and hospital staff
- Employed model with administrative and operational support provided by SAMGI
- Board Certification in Vascular Surgery
- Active Idaho Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- ACLS and BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of post‑residency experience preferred
- Experience in trauma, emergent, and elective vascular procedures
