We aim to involve youth and adult community members in events that give back to the community including mentorship programs, community advocacy, youth educational programs, financial independence/sustainable programs, artistic programs and more. Our vision: is to fully engage society in promoting and encouraging Positive and sustainable community culture. The Economic Development and English Integration Coordinator will strengthen organizational capacity by designing and institutionalizing a blended English language and workforce development model.

The member will research ESL and workforce best practices; develop surveys and data tools; and create measurable anti-poverty performance indicators. Key deliverables include:
• Develop 20 integrated curricula (English + sewing/alterations and English + food preparation)
• Create student workbooks, instructional tools, and volunteer educator guides
• Form and facilitate a Workforce Development Committee of community stakeholders
• Design a volunteer handbook, training modules, and position descriptions
• Build a tracking and documentation system to measure outcomes and economic mobility
• Research funding sources and submit grants to sustain programming This is a capacity-building role focused on systems development, curriculum design, partnership cultivation, evaluation tools, and sustainability infrastructure. Ideal candidates are highly organized, research-oriented, culturally responsive, and comfortable facilitating meetings and producing written materials. Experience in curriculum development, data systems, grant writing, ESL, workforce development, or nonprofit program design is strongly preferred.

Member Duties :
Research English as a Second Language and workforce development best practices;

Design a volunteer handbook, position descriptions, and interactive training modules. Build tracking tools and outcome measurement systems to evaluate economic mobility impact. Collect data and documentation to demonstrate results. Research funding opportunities and draft grant proposals to sustain programming. Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and revise materials for long-term sustainability.
