Middle School Ela Department Lead

The Middle School ELA Department Lead will support district-wide ELA initiatives by collaborating with the district ELA Department Head and serve as a liaison between the middle and high schools to strengthen instructional practices and student achievement. This position provides leadership at the middle school level in implementing district goals, facilitating communication and collaboration, supporting curriculum, assessment, and professional learning. Candidates must currently serve as their school ELA Department Lead and demonstrate strong instructional leadership, collaboration skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in mathematics education.
