Kindergarten Grade Level Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to serve as the Grade Level Rep for Kindergarten. This role is essential in providing leadership, support, and guidance to all 1st grade teachers across the district. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of effective instructional strategies and best practices to ensure that all students receive a high-quality education. The District Kindergarten Rep will collaborate with the Kindergarten Lead Teacher, district administrators, and teachers to create a supportive learning environment that fosters student success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional leadership and support to Kindergarten teachers throughout the district.
• Collaborate with the Kindergarten Lead Teacher and district administrators to develop and implement programs and services.
• Facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions for staff to enhance instructional strategies and teaching methodologies.
• Participate in district-wide committees and initiatives to advocate for the needs of students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education.
• Valid teaching certification in Elementary Education.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the elementary level.
• Proven leadership experience in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders, including educators and administrators.
