E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Civil/Industrial Engineer to join our team in Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC in support of the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI). DRI's mission is to catalog and analyze military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin a nation's or group's military capabilities—including transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment—to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition officials.

• Supports defense analytical requirements with enhanced scientific/engineering research, capability/limitation analysis, reverse engineering analysis/characterization, facility and vulnerability assessments. This includes, but is not limited to, civil/industrial engineering and subdisciplines of environmental, power system, pipeline, petroleum, structural, manufacturing, geotechnical, transportation, highway, material science, seismic/earthquake, construction, hydrology, and water resource engineering.
• Collaboratively integrates analytic results findings or production with other related analytic efforts and assessments.

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Civil/Industrial Engineering or all-source intelligence analysis on military capabilities.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the appropriate level.

• 3+ years of experience with Civil/Industrial Engineering such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. -based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
