Role DescriptionWe are looking for a warm, friendly, organized, and growth-oriented Front Desk Greeter / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
This role is far more than answering phones and scheduling appointments. You are the first and last impression of our office. You are the connector, the guide, and the steady presence who helps patients feel welcomed, heard, and supported.
What You’ll Do- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Create a welcoming, positive first impression
- Coordinate and manage the schedule with intention and efficiency
- Support patients in understanding next steps and treatment timelines
- Communicate clearly and compassionately via phone, text, and email
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Help maintain an organized, calm, and joyful front office environment
- Naturally compassionate and people-centered

Qualifications- Strong communication skills, including excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven analytical skills, with the ability to effectively solve problems and manage tasks
- Experience in administrative assistance, including scheduling and record-keeping
- Customer service skills, with a focus on delivering professional and courteous assistance
- Basic knowledge and experience in finance handling and payment processing
- Proficiency in using office software and dental management systems is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is advantageous
