The Commercial Lending Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Twin Falls, , responsible for supporting the end-to-end commercial lending process. This role coordinates loan applications, gathers and verifies required documentation, and maintains accurate records across multiple lending programs. The coordinator assists in preliminary financial and credit analysis, prepares loan files for review and approval, and ensures timely follow-up with applicants, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
Daily responsibilities include managing loan pipelines, tracking key milestones, updating internal systems, and supporting compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. The Commercial Lending Coordinator also contributes to customer service by responding to inquiries, providing clear information about loan products, and helping small businesses and community partners navigate the lending process.
- Coordinate loan applications across multiple lending programs and maintain accurate records.
- Gather and verify required documentation; ensure timely follow-up with applicants, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preliminary financial and credit analysis; prepare loan files for review and approval.
- Manage loan pipelines, track key milestones, and update internal systems to reflect status.
- Support compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and explaining loan products; assist small businesses and community partners through the lending process.
- Strong commercial management and lending process coordination skills; understanding of business financing and loan structures.
- Effective follow-up and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple applications, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
- Analytical skills to interpret financial statements, assess basic credit information, and identify inconsistencies or risks.
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication; customer-focused approach.
- Experience with team management or collaborative teamwork; ability to work with loan officers, community partners, and support staff.
- Proficiency with office software, databases, and digital document management systems.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and compliance.
- Prior experience in commercial lending, banking, economic development, or related financial services field is preferred.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
