Personal Banker

• Provide personalized banking support across multiple branch locations within an assigned geographic area
• Cover banker and teller absences and temporarily fill open positions as needed
• Adapt to new branch environments, teams, and customer needs while maintaining service quality and bank standards
• Build customer relationships through proactive conversations and outreach
• Conduct discovery-driven conversations to understand customer needs
• Connect customers with relevant banking products, services, solutions, and digital tools
• Identify opportunities, promote solutions, and make referrals to meet customer and business goals
• Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications
• Perform cash handling and teller line activities and process transactions accurately
• Use digital tools and technologies to enhance customer experience
• Deliver accurate, compliant service within defined risk controls
• Coordinate handoffs to licensed bankers and other specialists
• Support branch operations by flexing between cash handling and customer banking activities

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated customer-facing role (desired)
• Experience building trust-based customer relationships (desired)
• Comfort initiating outreach through calls, emails, or other channels (desired)
• Comfort with digital tools and technology and ability to learn new systems (desired)
• Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions (desired)
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners (desired)
• Ability to follow policies and regulations and elevate risk concerns (desired)
• Ability to travel 100% of the time within the assigned geography
• Ability to commute to assigned branch locations for the duration of assignments
• Ability to work a schedule including Saturdays
