Job Title: Medical Front Office Receptionist
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Twin Falls

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for every patient
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer and manage phone calls professionally
• Perform data entry, filing, faxing, and other clerical tasks
• Support the daily flow of clinic operations

• 1+ years of front office or customer service experience (preferred)
• Friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
• Beginner to intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Self-starter who works well independently and with a team
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting
