Responsibilities- Inpatient Pharmacy Technicians prepare medications for admitted patients, deliver throughout the hospital, manage automated dispensing machines and prepare pharmaceutical kits – all while working with our nursing staff to meet patients’ needs.
- Support skill expansion in diverse practice areas including controlled substance processes, inventory management, non-sterile compounding, IV preparation, and more.
- Practice at the top of your license while expanding your skill set and engaging in advanced workflows that strengthen your clinical practice. Opportunities to precept others and advance into specialized or leadership positions.
- Location:
Magic Valley Medical Center - Work 10-hour shifts
- Schedules may include early morning, evening or night shifts, weekends and holidays
- Shift differential pay; certification pay for PTCB Advanced Certification; preceptor pay
- Fast-paced environment; opportunities to advance into leadership and pharmacy business positions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Idaho pharmacy technician license
