- Pay: $35.00–$50.00 per hour, based on experience

In this role, you'll provide out-patient, patient-centered, trauma-focused care to youth and adults facing mental health and substance abuse challenges. You'll work alongside a coordinated care team to deliver crisis intervention, therapy, and skill-building support that helps clients stabilize and move forward. This position plays a key role in advancing accessible, trauma-informed mental health care across South Central Idaho.
Responsibilities include:- Conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and treatment planning
- Providing crisis intervention services
- Facilitating individual, group, and family psychotherapy
- Delivering Equine Assisted Psychotherapy
- Collaborating with problem-solving courts, adult and juvenile corrections, medical providers, and community treatment partners
- Leading skill-building groups for adults or children with serious and persistent mental illness or severe emotional disturbance
- Supporting family support programs
- Delivering out-patient substance abuse treatment and recovery support
- For supervisory positions: providing clinical supervision (requires independent licensure and 2+ years of supervisory experience)
Qualifications:
- Current Idaho Counseling License (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, AMFT, or LMFT) or a master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Counseling, or Social Work, with willingness to obtain Idaho licensure within 6 months of hire
- 1+ years of counseling experience preferred (not required)
- Experience in addiction medicine helpful
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
