Salary ranges from $28.50 to $32.25 per hour DOE, with a quarterly bonus up to $520. You will educate patients, collaborate with the medical team, and use EHR to document progress.
Ideal candidates hold a current RDN, RN, or ACSM-EP license and may have CDEDS credentials. Proficiency in MS Office and Spanish literacy preferred.
