The Wellness Sanctuary Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Twin Falls, role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the sanctuary, including managing staff schedules, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring exceptional guest service. The manager coordinates wellness services and programs, supports employee wellness initiatives, and implements procedures that promote safety, cleanliness, and a peaceful atmosphere. Additional responsibilities include handling guest inquiries and feedback, monitoring inventory and facility needs, and collaborating on marketing or outreach efforts to grow the sanctuary’s client base.
The role also involves managing basic budgeting and reporting tasks to support sustainable operations.
- Demonstrated experience and interest in Health & Wellness and Employee Wellness.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to support guests and team members inclusively and respectfully.
- Comfort with Budgeting and basic operational planning in a service-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in spa, wellness center, hospitality, or related service management is beneficial.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, handle scheduling, and maintain a calm, professional presence during busy periods.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in managing on-site operations.
- Proficiency with common office and booking software; willingness to learn new systems as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in wellness, hospitality, or business are an advantage.
