As a Front Desk Night Auditor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries during the overnight shift.
• Managing reservations and processing payments accurately.
• Performing nightly audits of daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Monitoring the hotel premises to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Addressing guest needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Preparing reports and ensuring the front desk is ready for the next day’s operations.
