Electronic Services Specialist- Assist Electronic Services staff with various responsibilities, to include wire transfer processing, ACH processing, ATS setups and maintenance, dispute resolution, and Online Banking support.
- Oversee Visa Gift Card ordering, disbursement, and tracking.
- Communicate with vendors to assist in resolving system and technical issues.
- Provide support to branches and other departments with incoming phone calls, e‑mails, and EBS Desk inquiries.
- Assist with department procedural updates and maintain procedure manual.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, and
- Two (2) years of experience working in banking.
- Two (2) years of experience working in electronic services for a bank.
