Director of Onboarding

• Carries out responsibilities in ways that reflect Best Notes core values of Transparency, Empathy, and Creativity.
• Protect the integrity, confidentiality and availability of e-PHI that is held or transmitted by Best Notes on behalf of its customers.
• Trains clinicians, therapists, executives, and all other staff on how to use BN software
• Identifies customer workflow and customizes software to fit specific needs
• Communicates new features to clients
• Carries caseload of clients
• Assists with client retention
• Answers technical questions regarding BN software via email, phone, and ticket system

• Initiative to learn new technologies
• Ability to work closely with clients and with flexible/evolving software requirements
• Well developed written and verbal communication skills
• Strong IT and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to manage a large caseload
• Ability to work independently and on small teams
• Knowledge and ability to research/resolve technical challenges
• Ability to develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
• Typing speed: 50+ WPM
• Ability to work with Gmail/Gmail Drive, and Libre Office

• Associate degree or higher in related field preferred (e.g., business, communications, healthcare, behavioral health or other related field)
• 1-2 years work experience in related field can replace degree
