JerseySTEM is seeking a Scrum Master to support its mission in improving access to STEM education for underserved middle school girls. The candidate will help drive transformational outcomes using Agile methodologies. This is a pro bono position requiring 4-6 hours of commitment per week for a minimum of 6 months.
The ideal candidate will have experience with JIRA, Kanban, and excellent communication skills. Mentoring team members and being a champion of change are also key aspects of the role.
