IT Business Analyst

Position Overview

This Individual Contributor role focuses on optimizing, standardizing, and leveraging ERP and other business systems. The incumbent will analyze requirements, develop and test plans, provide end‑user training, and support continuous improvement across the Global IT organization.

• Analyze, document, and recommend functional requirements for ERP, CRM, HR/FIN, IT, PLM, Production Support, RPA, TMS, and other applications.
• Lead estimation of effort, develop testing plans, conduct UAT, and prepare release documents.
• Provide end‑user training and support, including help articles and release notes.
• Engage in all phases of the SDLC, identify process improvements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in projects with broad organizational impact and monitor industry trends to recommend emerging technologies.
• Travel up to 25% domestically or internationally, including overnight stays.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree with 7+ years, OR 9+ years overall.
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing or logistics/distribution.
• Understanding of enterprise business‑systems architecture, project management, and manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative team experience, analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and initiative.
• Preferred: ERP experience (IFS, QAD, Sage, SAP), module expertise (Distribution, Finance, Manufacturing), experience in Azure Dev Ops or JIRA, and business‑analysis or related certifications (IIBA, PMI, APICS).
