About the Role

The Customer Service Advisor position is a critical role focused on ensuring the seamless operation and support of complex systems within our organization. The primary objective is to manage, monitor, and optimize system performance to meet business needs effectively. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and maintain system integrity. The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing system reliability and user satisfaction.

Ultimately, this position drives operational excellence by maintaining high standards of system availability and performance across the enterprise.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in system administration or a similar technical role.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and system security principles.
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified:
    Azure Administrator, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Power Shell, Python).
  • Knowledge of database management and backup solutions.
  • Experience working in an Agile or Dev Ops environment.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor system performance and respond proactively to any issues or anomalies.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
  • Implement system updates, patches, and configuration changes to optimize functionality.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports to maintain knowledge base accuracy.
  • Participate in planning and executing system upgrades and new technology deployments.
