As an Amazon Technical Support Associate, you will investigate and solve queries regarding Amazon’s digital services and products, including Kindle, Echo, and the hearth tv. You’ll be the first point of contact for English‑speaking customers via phone, chat, and email, using tools to research and troubleshoot issues in real‑time, document solutions, and communicate clearly with clients. You may also be required to handle escalations when necessary.

This position requires flexible hours to meet customer demand. You will work a schedule of day, late, or overnight shifts with a weekly minimum of 40 hours (e.g., 4x10hrs or 5x8hrs). Schedules are posted at least two weeks in advance and may change every couple of weeks. You must be available on holidays and will be compensated for those days.

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Legal authority to work in Costa Rica without restrictions
• Proficient verbal and written communication in Spanish and English
• Higher‑education degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient computer skills
• Availability to work various shifts, Monday through Sunday, within a 24‑hour period
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts (early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
• Quiet, distraction‑free workspace in a dedicated office with a table and chair
