Our Corporate Office located in Twin Falls is looking for an exceptional Insurance Processor. In this role, you will support the agency's producers by handling administrative and policy processing tasks. This role ensures applications, endorsements, certificates, and policy documents are prepared accurately and submitted in a timely manner. The processor does not see or negotiate insurance unless properly licensed.

• Process new business applications, renewals, and endorsements
• Review applications for completeness and accuracy before submission
• Enter client and policy data into agency management systems
• Prepare Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
• Order MVRs, loss runs, and other underwriting documentation
• Submit documents to carriers and follow up on pending items
• Issue  and policy documents
• Assist producers with quoting preparation
• Communicate with carriers regarding processing or documentation (non-coverage discussions)

• Experience in the trucking or insurance industry is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
