For our internationally fast-growing organization we are looking for a Compliance Manager to ensure we stay on top and in line with relevant laws, industry regulations and internal policies. In this role you’ll be reporting to the Finance Director and closely working together with all our departments, teams and offices across the globe.

As a Compliance Manager you will:

• Develop and Implement policies and procedures to ensure we align with applicable laws and regulations
• Monitor and audit internal processes to ensure we stay compliant and identify potential risk
• Stay on top of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organisation
• Conduct risk assessment and develop strategies to mitigate risks
• Create awareness and educate your colleagues on compliance matters
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to compliance
• Advise management on anything compliance related
• Communication with regulatory bodies
• Responsible for certification and re-certification of ISO, etc.

• +3 Years of relevant experience
• Business fluent Dutch & English language skills, German is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
