Job Type: Full‑time

• Competitive hourly rate of $26 plus bonuses

• Total earnings vary based on performance

• Lead, motivate, and coach the direct marketing team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Go door‑to‑door with new and current canvassers, modeling high‑quality conversations
• Ensure team members follow scripts, guidelines, and brand standards
• Drive the team to assigned neighborhoods for marketing shifts
• Help coordinate logistics including:
  • mapping & route planning
  • tracking & reporting
  • permit organization
  • script and flyer maintenance
• Organize and verify field lead sheets after each shift
• Accurately track lead data in the corporate database
• Achieve team bonus metrics and performance KPIs
• Foster a positive, professional, motivating team environment

• Previous leadership experience (team lead, supervisor, trainer, or equivalent)
• Strong communication, motivation, and coaching skills
• 2+ years of face‑to‑face marketing or canvassing experience
• Positive attitude and strong problem‑solving ability
• Goal‑oriented and comfortable meeting metrics
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Comfortable working outdoors and being on your feet
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 20 lbs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry
