Renewal by Andersen of Boise is looking for a Direct Marketing Team Lead in Twin Falls, — someone with energy, leadership instincts, and a passion for motivating a team to succeed.
Job Type: Full‑time
Compensation- Competitive hourly rate of $26 plus bonuses
- Team performance bonus opportunities
- Total earnings vary based on performance
- Lead, motivate, and coach the direct marketing team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Go door‑to‑door with new and current canvassers, modeling high‑quality conversations
- Ensure team members follow scripts, guidelines, and brand standards
- Drive the team to assigned neighborhoods for marketing shifts
- Help coordinate logistics including:
- mapping & route planning
- tracking & reporting
- permit organization
- script and flyer maintenance
- Organize and verify field lead sheets after each shift
- Accurately track lead data in the corporate database
- Achieve team bonus metrics and performance KPIs
- Foster a positive, professional, motivating team environment
- Paid training + continuous coaching and development

- Previous leadership experience (team lead, supervisor, trainer, or equivalent)
- Strong communication, motivation, and coaching skills
- 2+ years of face‑to‑face marketing or canvassing experience
- Positive attitude and strong problem‑solving ability
- Goal‑oriented and comfortable meeting metrics
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors and being on your feet
- Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 20 lbs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry
