The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced safely, on time, within quality standards, and at targeted cost. This role leads production supervisors and teams, manages schedules and capacity, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with GMP, safety, and company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Business or related field preferred.

5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including people management.

Strong knowledge of production scheduling, manufacturing metrics, and operational excellence.

Experience in regulated manufacturing (food, nutraceutical, pharma, or similar) strongly preferred.

Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve performance.
