Fruit Room Operator - A Shift Day

The Fruit Room Operator is responsible for performing tasks in the Fruit Room, as assigned by the lead and/or supervisor. Responsibilities include understanding all safety procedures, complying with SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards, performing assigned tasks safely and efficiently, keeping up-to-date and accurate information on all paperwork and/or production forms, understanding HMI monitors and operating the Boccard system, diagnosing and acknowledging alarms, following SOP and sanitary rules, being flexible with the schedule, and multitasking with minimal supervision.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, production experience or the ability to learn, forklift experience or the ability to learn, and the ability to communicate with other operators and the lead. Self-motivation is also required.

The salary range for this full-time position is $24.25 - $30.75, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Chobani provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, disability insurance, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, and tuition reimbursement. To help save for the future, all employees are eligible for a 401k match of 100% on up to 5% of eligible pay.
