This position is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, rinsing and polishing workstations, production and packaging equipment. This job requires good physical stamina, and the ability to perform light to heavy scrubbing, sweeping and rinsing. Position is for C and D Shifts, working nights.

• Has knowledge of cleaning chemicals, their use, safety precautions, proper cleaning techniques, methods, and procedures.
• Prepares and/or mixescleaning and sanitizing chemicals
• Usesfoaming equipment to apply cleaning chemicals to equipment
• Scrubsequipment using scrub brushes and/or pads to clean, sanitize, and polish equipment using dilutedcleaning chemicals
• Maintains good housekeeping in his/her assigned area:
  Sweepswith a broom and/or squeegee, shovel, scrubsusing scrub brushes and/or pads andscrapers,and rinsesequipment with high pressure water and/or air hoses
• Changesgrader shaker screens in packaging rooms and in prep area when required
• Wear required PPE.
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Sanitationcertification is required. If you are not qualified, you will be trained and must meet certification requirements.

• Effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing. Ability to understand instructions and follow directions in English (both written and oral) (Requirement may vary by location).
• Be knowledgeable of the potential hazards and safety procedures associated with the task being performed.
• Must be able to be qualified within time framesestablishedbyfacility.
• Ability to perform basic mathfunctions,required.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer operation knowledge, data entry skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

• Ability tolift upto
  50pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently.
• Exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hottocold in temperature
• Exposure to manufacturing environments for up to 8 hours per work day to include: loudnoise, excessive heat, cold, wet, slippery conditions, dirt, fumes, smoke, smellsand allergies
• Ability to do repetitious arm, wrist and hand movementsrequired for job actions and procedures.
• Must be able to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under the equipment.
• Requires manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance to work both at ground level and in high places to perform job duties. Ability to operate work related equipment
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Exposed to temperatures ranging from
  -20 degrees below zero to 35 degrees Fahrenheit in Freezer Operation and 37 degrees to 90 degrees Fahrenheit in Plant Operation
• May have to sample food while evaluating Lamb Weston products
• Climbing to various heights via stairs or ladders on a regular basis
