In the Team Leader Production (TLP) role, you will lead a production team of 15-50 people per shift, ensuring safety and achieving production and quality goals. You will identify and implement improvements to the manufacturing process and support continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, cost, and customer service.

• Manage and ensure the safety of production team members.
• Attend to scheduling and goal attainment for production resources, materials, processes, and equipment.
• Monitor production to ensure quality, productivity, and cost standards.
• Provide training so teams perform responsibilities effectively and safely.
• Supervise sanitation operations as required to maintain a clean, food‑safe environment.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Evaluate performance and guide improvement.
• Participate in plant and company safety programs, ensuring adherence to lock‑out/tag‑out, PPE, confined space entry and other safety requirements.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, minimum 4 years of relevant industry/work experience, or supervisory/management experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated with ability to multi‑task and lead others.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work various shifts (weekdays, weekends, day, swing, grave) as required.
• Previous manufacturing or food‑processing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of plant equipment and safety is a plus.

• Regular standing, walking, sitting, and manual handling.
• Regular use of hands, taste, smell, and vision.
• Climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling may be required.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, extreme cold/heat, vibration, wind, wet conditions, chemicals, and electrical shock.
• Moderate noise level.
• Must meet vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, adjust focus.

Estimated annual salary range: $67,480 – $101,200 (based on location and experience). Bonuses and incentive programs may also apply.
